Pookes is based in the United States, and we currently ship to all U.S. addresses.

2. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, we offer 100% free shipping on all orders – no minimum required.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. How do I return a product?

8. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
